Birdle is a daily guessing game for bird lovers!
The goal is to guess the bird and its characteristics in 5 guesses or fewer.
Listen to the bird call and watch the bird image reveal after each guess.
It's fun for all levels, from beginners to hard core birders.
The game is being developed in cooperation with BirdLife South Africa, with the purpose of raising awareness for birds and their conservation status, while also inspiring more people to go birding.

I absolutely love my daily 'game' of Birdle: it's cheerfully informative with quirky facts and a beautiful photo of each day's bird. My appreciation of birdlife and my ear for bird calls has been enhanced over the >6 months that I've been 'playing' Birdle (from before it was an app). If I fail to guess the bird correctly in 5 rounds I still feel happy with what I've got right. I can't think of a single negative aspect of Birdle!

Very impressed with the app, since it has just been launched. Played birdle beta via the web for so long and kept waiting for an app to start. Thank you! It's a great way to challenge your South African bird knowledge. No bugs picked up yet. You've pecked them all up so far.

Great app! My kids come and beg for us to do Birdle every day and we learn more about birds daily. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is because we sometimes struggle to get into the app. My kids say they leave out one star for only being able to do one bird a day 😆. They want more!
